The shipment will be made by a private transport company duly insured. It can be sent on a frame and packaged in a wooden box, or rolled inside a cardboard tube. The shipping price varies depending on the type of packaging and the place of destination and will be borne by the customer.

If you receive the damaged order, please make the corresponding claim, in the transport company the same day of receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make the refund, by bank transfer, as soon as we receive the shipment in the same conditions as the shipment. You will have a maximum period of 7 days to communicate your decision. All extra management expenses will be borne by the customer.
